- Samurai's special edition "Benkei" selvedge denim is one of the Osaka-based brand's most unique offerings to date. Crafted using a custom 6x5 twill weave with high twist slub yarns modeled after the brand's famed "Bushido Selvedge", these 17oz jeans sport a uniquely textured surface reminiscent of the brand's signature heavyweight denim. In typical Samurai fashion, the jeans are packed with symbolism referencing the brand's traditional warrior ethos, and come finished with premium details such as raised belt loops, back pocket rivets, and a special edition natural leather patch featuring the Japanese warrior monk Saitō Musashibō Benkei from which the denim derives its name.
